Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the ads.ainative.kz service. By starting to use the service, you accept them and the privacy policy.

Service and operator

ads.ainative.kz is a web service for Google Ads analytics and work with negative keywords. Operator: [Sole proprietor], IIN/BIN [IIN/BIN], address: [Address], email: [Contact email].

Account

You can register with an email or through Google. Provide accurate information and keep your password secret: you are responsible for actions in your account. Do not share your credentials with other people — for teamwork there are invitations for members and agency staff.

What you can do in an organization depends on your role: owner, manager or viewer; in an agency — administrator or staff member.

Google Ads accounts

Connect only accounts to which you have lawful access and the permission of their owner. Access is granted in your Google account; you can revoke it in your Google account settings, and disconnect accounts in the service. Google's terms also apply to Google data.

Changes to the Google Ads account

The service makes changes in a Google Ads account only by adding negative keywords, and only on the explicit action of a user with the Manager or Owner role. The decision about which words to add, and responsibility for it, remain with you; the service's forecast helps assess the consequences but does not guarantee them. An added word can be removed manually in Google Ads.

Ad account data

Account data belongs to the business — the owner of the organization. The owner decides who gets access, including an agency, and may revoke access, disconnect accounts and delete data.

Acceptable use

You must not access other people's data or accounts, create excessive load or bypass the service's limits, or violate Google's rules or the law, including advertising rules.

Data accuracy and results

The service takes statistics from Google Ads. They may differ from the Google Ads interface and arrive with a delay — for example, because of loading time or the way conversions are attributed. The service helps analyze advertising but does not guarantee advertising results.

Availability

We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions and errors. The service's features may change.

Ending use

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time: “Account” → “Delete account” (details are in the privacy policy). We may restrict or end your access if you violate these terms.

Changes to the terms

We may update the terms. The current version is published on this page; by continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the new version.
